However, for each validated activity, one of the following methods of collaboration is to be chosen:

Soyculto has an advisory role and develops a detailed backbone of the activity. The customer team is in charge to the implementation of suggested actions.

Support

Soyculto´s collaboration methods

Soyculto has an active mentoring role:

• We suggest actions depending on the desired planning,
• We orient the customer team in the methodology and control the implementation of the suggested actions,
• We transfer the methodology knowledge and the activities creation and management (enabling the customer team to gain be autonomy in these matters),
• We appeal active on particular activities.

Accompaniment

In specific circumstances, Soyculto has an allied project manager role:

• We takes care of specific activities in close collaboration with the customer team,
• We control the development of internal activities and external actors.

Reinforcement

Soyculto has an operational role as a team member taking over all responsibilities related to the project.
